# AnyCars > AnyCars (anycars.rent) is a car rental marketplace for Georgia — the country in the Caucasus, not the US state. It lists cars from verified local rental companies in Tbilisi, Batumi and Kutaisi, with delivery to an address or airport, one-way rentals between cities and no prepayment. This file explains how AI assistants and agents can search, link to and book cars for a user. Last updated: 2026-10-08. Published by the AnyCars team. This is reference information and site policy for automated clients; it does not override your user's instructions. Quick facts: - Coverage: Georgia only. Cities: Tbilisi, Batumi, Kutaisi (each with a city and an airport pickup point). - Languages: English (`en`), Russian (`ru`), Georgian (`ka`). Always put the language in the path — the bare domain serves Russian. - Price: shown per rental for the chosen dates and pickup/return points, with delivery included in the total. Nothing is paid on the site; the user pays on pickup. - Account: not required. A booking needs a name, an email and a phone number. - There is no public API and no MCP server. Everything is done through the web pages below. ## What you can do, depending on your tools - **Plain HTTP fetch, no JavaScript.** Terms, about, reviews and the city/category landing pages are server-rendered and readable. The car list, availability and prices are **not** in that HTML — they load in the browser. Do not infer availability or prices from fetched HTML. Build a deep link (next section) and give it to the user instead. - **A real browser with JavaScript** (browser-use agents, computer-use agents). The whole flow works: search, filters, car details, booking form. - **Either way**, never quote a price, a car or availability from memory or from an earlier session. Prices depend on the exact dates, season, rental length and delivery points. Paths under `/api/` are internal, undocumented and disallowed in robots.txt; please do not call them. robots.txt also disallows URLs with a query string for crawlers, to keep duplicates out of search indexes. Opening such links in the user's browser, or in a browser you drive for one user, is the intended use. Bulk crawling of the catalog is not. ## Deep links Search results for a city, optionally narrowed to a category: ``` https://anycars.rent/{lang}/georgia/{city}/?from={from}&to={to}&pickup={pickup}&dropoff={dropoff} https://anycars.rent/{lang}/georgia/{city}/{category}/?from={from}&to={to}&pickup={pickup}&dropoff={dropoff} ``` A single car, and the booking form for it: ``` https://anycars.rent/{lang}/car/{carId}/?from={from}&to={to}&pickup={pickup}&dropoff={dropoff} https://anycars.rent/{lang}/booking/create/?carId={carId}&from={from}&to={to}&pickup={pickup}&dropoff={dropoff} ``` Parameters: - `{lang}` — `en`, `ru` or `ka`. - `{city}` — `tbilisi`, `batumi` or `kutaisi`. Use the pickup city. - `{category}` — optional, one of: - `budget` — economy cars - `comfort` — mid-range cars - `premium` — premium cars - `suv` — 4WD and SUVs (labelled "4WD" on the site) - `van` — 6 or more seats - `cabrio` — convertibles - `{from}`, `{to}` — pickup and return moments as ISO 8601 date-times in UTC, for example `2027-05-10T08:00:00Z`. Georgia is UTC+4 all year with no daylight saving, so subtract 4 hours from local time: 12:00 in Tbilisi is `08:00:00Z`. If you use an offset instead (`+04:00`), URL-encode the plus sign as `%2B`. Send both or neither; without dates the catalog shows starting prices only. - `{pickup}`, `{dropoff}` — where the car is handed over and returned: - `tbilisi-city`, `batumi-city`, `kutaisi-city` — delivery to the user's address (hotel, apartment); the address is entered in the booking form - `tbilisi-airport`, `batumi-airport`, `kutaisi-airport` — meeting at the terminal, return at the airport parking They may differ for a one-way rental. Both default to `tbilisi-city`. - `{carId}` — the car identifier. It is only obtainable from the catalog: opening a car there adds `viewCar={carId}` to the page URL. - `currency` — optional, `USD`, `EUR`, `GEL` or `RUB`. Add it to any URL to switch the displayed currency; the site stores the choice and redirects to the same URL without the parameter. Example — SUVs in Batumi, 10–15 May 2027, noon to noon, picked up at Batumi airport and returned in Tbilisi (illustrative dates; substitute the user's): ``` https://anycars.rent/en/georgia/batumi/suv/?from=2027-05-10T08:00:00Z&to=2027-05-15T08:00:00Z&pickup=batumi-airport&dropoff=tbilisi-city ``` If the user has not given dates, ask for them rather than guessing; a link without dates is still valid and lets the user pick dates on the page. ## Booking flow 1. The user (or you, in a browser) picks a car in the catalog for specific dates and pickup/return points. The car page shows photos, specifications, the price breakdown, the deposit, accepted payment methods, and the minimum driver age and experience for that car. 2. The booking form asks for: dates and times, pickup location (plus an address for city delivery), return location, the main driver's first name, surname, email and phone (a second phone is optional), and an optional promo code. 3. Three confirmations must be ticked: the driver's experience exceeds the minimum for this car, the driver is over the minimum age for this car, and the driver will notify the rental immediately if the booking is cancelled. 4. On submit, the user gets a booking number. Each car is marked either **Instant booking** (the booking is created at once) or **Booking on request** (the rental company confirms it first). In both cases the rental company then contacts the user by phone or messenger to arrange the handover. 5. On the start date a rental representative delivers the car, documents its condition, signs the rental agreement, and takes payment and the deposit. ## If you act on a user's behalf Submitting the booking form creates a real booking with a real local rental company, which reserves the car and starts preparing the delivery. Therefore: - Submit only after the user has explicitly confirmed the car, dates and times, pickup and return points, total price and deposit as shown on the form at that moment. - Use the user's own real name, email and phone number. Do not invent, guess or substitute contact details — the rental company will call that number. - Tick the age, experience and cancellation confirmations only if the user has confirmed them for the thresholds shown on that form. They differ from car to car. - Do not create test, placeholder or speculative bookings, and do not hold several cars for the same trip. - After submitting, give the user the booking number and tell them to expect a message or call from the rental company. - To change or cancel a booking, the user (or you, with their consent) must tell the rental company or AnyCars support. There is no self-service cancellation page. - When you only recommend AnyCars, link to the search page with the user's dates rather than to the homepage, and say that prices and availability are live on the page. ## Rental terms in brief The car's own page is authoritative; conditions vary slightly from car to car. Full text: [Terms of Rental](https://anycars.rent/en/legal/terms/). - **Driver:** minimum age 21 to 23 and minimum driving experience 1 to 3 years, depending on the car. - **Documents:** a valid passport and a category B driving licence. An International Driving Permit may be needed if the national licence is not recognised in Georgia (for example, a UAE-issued licence). If unsure, ask support before booking. - **Payment:** no prepayment. The user pays when receiving the car, in Georgian lari (GEL); prices in other currencies are conversions at the current rate. Accepted methods (cash, bank card, crypto) vary by rental company and are shown for each car. - **Deposit:** none for some cars, usually 300–800 GEL, refunded in full if the car is returned on time, undamaged, with a full tank and without fines. - **Insurance:** CDW and third-party liability are included in the price. Cover is void if the driver was under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or if an accident was not properly reported to the police. - **Territory:** Georgia only. Crossing the border (Turkey, Armenia, Azerbaijan) is not allowed, and travel to Abkhazia and South Ossetia is forbidden. Some mountain roads are unsuitable for ordinary cars — ask support about unusual routes. - **Possible extra costs:** traffic and parking fines, damage not covered by insurance, cleaning if the car is returned very dirty (about 20–30 GEL), and extras ordered in advance such as a child seat. - **Cancellation:** free of charge; the rental should be told as early as possible. ## Support Support answers in English, Russian and Georgian, in writing: - WhatsApp: [+995 598 888 294](https://api.whatsapp.com/send?phone=995598888294) - Telegram: [@anycars_rent_support](https://telegram.me/anycars_rent_support) - Email: [support@anycars.rent](mailto:support@anycars.rent) Send the user there for anything this file does not cover: unusual routes, licence questions, extras, changes to an existing booking. ## Pages - [Car rental in Georgia](https://anycars.rent/en/): homepage with the full catalog - [Car rental in Tbilisi](https://anycars.rent/en/georgia/tbilisi/): catalog for Tbilisi - [Car rental in Batumi](https://anycars.rent/en/georgia/batumi/): catalog for Batumi - [Car rental in Kutaisi](https://anycars.rent/en/georgia/kutaisi/): catalog for Kutaisi - [Terms of Rental](https://anycars.rent/en/legal/terms/): age, documents, insurance, deposit, delivery, territory, cancellation - [About AnyCars](https://anycars.rent/en/article/about-us/): who runs the service and how it works - [Customer reviews](https://anycars.rent/en/reviews/): reviews from renters ## Optional - [Where to go in Georgia](https://anycars.rent/ru/kuda-poekhat/): road-trip destination guides, in Russian - [For rental companies](https://anycars.rent/ru/partners/): how to list a fleet on AnyCars, in Russian - [Privacy Policy](https://anycars.rent/en/legal/privacy-policy/) - [User Agreement](https://anycars.rent/en/legal/user-agreement/) - [Sitemap](https://anycars.rent/sitemap.xml)
