User Agreement
Last updated: 8 October 2026
This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) sets out the terms on which you may use the anycars.rent website, the AnyCars mobile application and our Telegram bots and mini app (together, the “Service”). By using the Service or submitting a booking, you accept this Agreement. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Service.
1. What AnyCars is
The Service is operated by AnyCars (“AnyCars”, “we”, “us”).
AnyCars is an online platform that brings together offers from independent car rental companies in Georgia (“Rental Companies”) and passes your bookings to them. We do not own the cars and are not a party to the rental contract. The rental contract is concluded between you and the Rental Company, as a rule in writing when the car is handed over.
The information in listings — photos, specifications, prices and rental conditions — is provided by the Rental Companies, which are solely responsible for it. We do not verify this information and do not guarantee that it is accurate, complete or up to date.
2. Who can use the Service
You may use the Service if you are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity. To receive a car, you must also meet the driver requirements shown in the listing — a minimum age and driving experience — and hold a valid passport and a category B driving licence (and an International Driving Permit where your licence is not recognised in Georgia). The Rental Company may refuse to hand over the car if these requirements are not met.
3. Account
You can make a booking without an account. If you create one, you sign in through Google, Apple or Telegram (on the website also by email) and are responsible for keeping access to that sign-in method secure and for the accuracy of your profile.
You can delete your account at any time: in the mobile app, open the menu, choose “Account” and tap “Delete account”, or write to support@anycars.rent. We may suspend or delete an account that is used in breach of this Agreement.
4. Bookings
- To book, you choose a car, dates and pick-up and return locations, enter the driver’s details and confirm the conditions shown in the booking form.
- Instant booking is confirmed as soon as you submit it. Booking on request is sent to the Rental Company, which confirms or declines it; a request does not guarantee the car until it is confirmed. We notify you of the result.
- You must provide accurate and complete information. A booking is made for the driver named in it.
- We pass your booking details to the Rental Company. We and the Rental Company may contact you about the booking by phone, messenger or email.
- In exceptional cases — for example, a breakdown or an accident involving the car — the Rental Company may offer a comparable replacement or cancel a confirmed booking. AnyCars is not responsible for such changes or cancellations. Where possible, we may help you look for an alternative, but we are not obliged to provide one.
5. Price and payment
- The price of the rental, including delivery where it applies, is shown before you submit the booking.
- Prices may be displayed in several currencies for your convenience, using indicative exchange rates. Payment is made in Georgian lari (GEL).
- You pay nothing through the Service. You pay the Rental Company when you receive the car, using a payment method it accepts; the available methods are shown in the booking form.
- The Rental Company may require a deposit; its amount is shown in the listing. The deposit is paid to, held by and returned by the Rental Company on the terms of the rental contract. AnyCars does not receive, hold or refund deposits.
- You bear all costs that arise under the rental contract or from your use of the car — including fuel, traffic and parking fines, mileage above the limit, late return, cleaning, and any damage or loss that is not covered by insurance for any reason. You pay them directly to the Rental Company. AnyCars does not charge, collect or refund these amounts and takes no part in settling them.
- Promo codes apply on their own conditions, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be cancelled if they are misused.
6. Cancellation and changes
AnyCars does not charge a fee for cancelling a booking. If your plans change, tell us as soon as possible through support so that the car can be released for others. Changes to a booking — dates, locations or the car — depend on availability and may change the price. Once you have signed the rental contract, cancellation and early return are governed by that contract.
7. Rental conditions
The conditions of each car — insurance, deposit, mileage limit, permitted territory and any special conditions — are shown in its listing; general information is available on the Terms of Rental page. The rental itself is governed exclusively by the contract you sign with the Rental Company. Read it carefully before signing: if the conditions offered at handover differ from those shown in your booking, raise this with the Rental Company before you accept the car. Insurance, where it is included, is arranged by the Rental Company with its insurer; AnyCars is not an insurer and does not provide, sell or guarantee insurance cover.
8. Acceptable use
When using the Service, you must not:
- provide false information or make bookings you do not intend to use;
- use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
- interfere with the operation of the Service, bypass its security measures or access it in a way that places an unreasonable load on it;
- collect data from the Service by automated means, except as expressly permitted in our guide for AI systems;
- resell bookings or use the Service on behalf of others without their authorisation.
9. Content and intellectual property
The Service, including its design, texts, software and trademarks, belongs to AnyCars or its licensors; photos and descriptions of cars belong to the Rental Companies or are used with their permission. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. If you send us feedback or a review, you allow us to use and publish it in connection with the Service.
10. Third-party services
The Service links to and relies on third-party services — maps, messengers, sign-in providers and partner offers. They are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
11. Availability of the Service
We aim to keep the Service accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”: we do not guarantee that it will work without interruptions or errors. Availability and prices of cars may change until a booking is confirmed.
12. Responsibilities and liability
12.1. Our role. Our role is limited to providing the Service and transmitting your booking to the Rental Company. We are not a party to the rental contract. We do not own, hand over, insure, maintain or inspect the cars, and we do not take or hold any payments or deposits.
12.2. The rental is between you and the Rental Company. All rights and obligations arising from the rental — including the condition and safety of the car, its handover and return, insurance, the price, the deposit, additional charges, fines and compensation for damage — exist solely between you and the Rental Company. Any claim relating to the rental must be addressed to the Rental Company.
12.3. Your responsibility. From the moment you receive the car until you return it, you are responsible for the car and for how it is used, as set out in the rental contract and applicable law. This includes all damage, loss, costs, fines and third-party claims that are not covered by insurance for any reason — for example, because the event is excluded from cover, an excess applies, or the conditions of the insurance or of the rental contract were breached. These matters are settled directly between you and the Rental Company and, where applicable, its insurer. AnyCars takes no part in them.
12.4. What we are not liable for. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnyCars is not liable for:
- the acts or omissions of Rental Companies, including the condition of a car, a refusal to hand it over, a replacement or cancellation, and the conditions, charges and deposit under the rental contract;
- the accuracy or completeness of the information in listings;
- accidents, injury, damage to or loss of property, theft, fines and any other consequences of the use of a rented car;
- the existence, scope or payment of any insurance cover;
- disputes between you and a Rental Company or any other third party;
- indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
12.5. Support. Our support team may, at its discretion, help you communicate with a Rental Company. Such help is a courtesy: it does not make us a party to the rental or responsible for its outcome.
12.6. Limit of liability. AnyCars provides the Service to you free of charge. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to direct and documented losses caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
12.7. Indemnity. You agree to compensate AnyCars for claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal costs, that are brought against us or that we incur because of your breach of this Agreement, of the rental contract or of the law, or because of your use of a rented car.
12.8. Mandatory law. Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
13. Personal data
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to the Agreement
We may update this Agreement. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update at the top. By continuing to use the Service after an update, you accept the new version. Bookings made earlier remain subject to the version in force when they were made.
15. Governing law and disputes
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Georgia. If something goes wrong, please contact our support first — most issues can be resolved this way. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably are resolved by the courts of Georgia. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, or of the right to bring a claim in its courts where the law gives you that right.
